Aspire A315-53G keyboard and mouse gone out of nowhere

After having trouble with startup, sometimes went on sometimes dont, unplug the batt and all got ON again etc, than out of nowhere the mouse and keyboard didnt react.
The on key on the keyboard is working and its the only works on the keyboard, cant even get in the bios now.
External usb mouse and keyb do work.
Have reset the mainb with the little knob inside near the ssd, have disconnect the bios batt for few hours , have updated the Bios just for sure , have tried other windows 10 on other ssd etc. but notihing brings back the keyb/mouse
Some one any idea? or do we have to conclude the mainboard is stuck.

Hello! I would try to disconnect the lithium battery, keyboard and touchpad from the motherboard first. Check the keyboard and touchpad connectors for any broken tracks.

Hay egydiocoelho , tnx for anwer. I did all of that already but did it again just to be sure .
unfortualy nothing of all help so i think mainb got defect but it is strange both keyb and mouse at once.
Simple thinking i would say there must be a chip or resistor or something got gone out of nowhere but thats not what i can solve.
I was hoping someone came with a sience fiction solution haha but am afraid the solution is other mobo.
