Problems with registering and viewing products

When I go to register new displays we buy it always takes a long time and then goes to an error after entering the Serial Number or SNID, but attempting to register again gets the error that it is already registered. This is followed up with getting errors like this: An error occurred while processing your request.

when trying to view our registered products. I remember this happening the last time I tried to register or view our products many months ago, potentially even a year or more ago. What is the cause of this?
