RAM#1: 8GB 3200MHz, bought RAM#2 16GB 3200MHz, why laptop run at speed 2933Mhz

What could be the reason for my laptop displaying a memory speed of 2933MHz? I've added a Samsung M471A2K43BE1-CWE 16GB 3200MHz to the second RAM slot, in addition to the original factory-installed Samsung M471A143BE1-CWE 8GB 3200MHz module. As you can see, both RAMs are at 3200MHz capability.

Previously, I bought the same 8GB 3200MHz (so in total was 16GB) and it ran perfectly at 3200MHz. But I needed to upgrade my RAM from 16GB to 24GB so I took out one 8GB that I've bought and replaced it with the new 16GB mentioned above.

There are two issues here: The 2020 MOBO for this model supports up to 2933 MHz RAM, the 2022 MOBO supports up to 3200 Mhz in Dual Channel mode that means 2 identical DDR4 modules, a kit (see Crucial link) https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/acer/nitro-an515-57-59ey 2x8GB 3200 MHz, or 2x16GB 3200 MHZ assuming your laptop is the 2022 model. The fact that the original 8GB 3200 MHz runs in 3200 MHZ Single mode is an Intel feature but when modules are mixed like you have 8GB + 16GB it runs in Intel's Flexible mode at a reduced speed of 2933 MHz. You need to match everything speed, CL, rank and size, best to buy a DDR4 kit (same part numbers) then you will be running in Dual Channel mode at 3200 MHz.
