Hello,
A few days ago I had a clean install of Windows 10 after installing windows, I downloaded all the drivers from support for this Acer model, but now when I try to install the Intel integrated graphics (Iris Xe Graphics) driver, the laptop screen freezes and restarts and when I disable Iris Xe Graphics in safe mode laptop screen works fine,

I tried to install the latest driver from the Intel Driver Center and also through Intel Driver assistance but it didn't work for me I also tried to install an older version of the driver but the same problem and the OEM drivers don't work either.

Why does it freeze? guys do you have any solution?
if YES, please help!
Thank you….

Only install drivers from Acer Support and offered as optional updates by Windows10.

Uninstall your display drivers with DDU in Safe Mode and don't install any drivers. Check your internet is working and just reboot. Windows10 will install compatible GPU drivers. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html

I've got the same AN515-56 laptop with the i7-11370H - RTX-3050 4GB - 32GB (2x16GB DDR4-3200Mhz CL22) and I've never ever had any problems with this laptop, btw I use this laptop for 8 hours every day virtually and 24/7, so I know a bit about the setup of this specific laptop since its out of the box. First of all this laptop is a Win-11 laptop and operates perfectly on Win-11, its not a Win-10 laptop and that is where you could have the problems.

    1. Do a Clean Install of Win-11, Win-10 support will STOP in 2025 and will be an inferior OS for the future.
    2. Update to the latest Windows Updates - DO NOT install any Windows Updates Insyde Software as it could brick your laptop! ONLY install the firmware and bios that Acer has listed in the AN515-56 Drivers & Manuals page, be warned as this is a crucial mistake that users make and brick their laptops.
    3. Install the NVidia GeForce Experience Software and use this software to update to the latest NVidia RTX3050 game ready driver through this software, also run all your games through this software, as it applies the ultimate NVidia game settings for your games that you play. This software has over 1500 games included.
    4. In the NVidia Control Panel set all your games and high-end software to the following settings at: Program Settings > Select a program to customize (select your game or software) > Select the preferred graphics processor for this program to High-performance NVidia processor, do this for all your games and high-end programs that you want the RTX3050 gpu to use, as that is the best gpu to use, as otherwise this laptop uses the Intel intergarted cpu graphics and that is why your programs might be freezing and be slow.
    5. Install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and always update to the latest Intel graphics and drivers (except the Bluetooth, which doesn't work in my laptop) to their latest drivers through this specialist Intel driver scan/updater.
    6. When your AN515-56 laptop is functioning perfectly and 100% without any freezes or crashes then get the update of the gpu firmware version: v101a and the last bios version: 1.08 from the AN515-56 ONLY from its Drivers & Manuals page.

Do all the above as that is what I've done and have kept this laptop updated to its latest drivers always and this laptop has worked perfectly and without any BSODs, blue screens, freezes or crashes and I play some pretty demining car racing games like F1-22, Assetto Corsa Competizione. Battlefield V and they all play perfectly.

Note: the only problematic hardware with this laptop is its Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card that is installed in my Nitro AN515-56 laptop, as its Bluetooth refuses to work and its very problematic to connect to my JBL LIVE650 headphones, as any new Bluetooth driver update for Win-11 does NOT work, except the Acer oem provided Intel Bluetooth driver Version: 22.40.0.2 which is the only driver that works. Don't know if this is just my laptop but this is very strange as I've never experienced this ever in a PC with any OS. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
