If your laptop is >3-years old and no longer under Acer warranty, you can try to reset the CMOS that will also reset BIOS. Alternatively bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory defaults, there will be a small service charge, in the Philippines $25.

To reset CMOS open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable to the motherboard.
Locate the round CMOS capsule with the 2 twisted Red/Black wires at the lower right side of the main battery. Open the CMOS capsule and take the small coin battery out. With a bended paperclip shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for a second. Replace the coin battery with the + sign facing up inside the CMOS capsule and close the capsule. Reconnect the main battery cable to the motherboard and close the laptop.

Your Aspire A315-57G bios is bricked and no amount of disconnecting the bios battery and/or resetting the CMOS will do anything. Acer does have an Aspire A315-57G Crisis Disk Recovery guide in its SG (see the PDF below) see if that helps in fixing the bios recovery programing? If not then you will need to take your laptop to either Acer Tech Support in your country or to an experienced technician that has a BIOS - CH341A Programmer Software that can reprogram your bios chip, if not then the easiest way is to buy a new bios chip with the latest version 1.15 bios for your laptop, that are available online.

Otherwise, there are other community members who are experts in bios issues like one member that I'm aware of "fugadug" who I'm sure can add more to help you out, so get into contact with him as he seems to know all about everything to do with bios issues, good luck and hope I've helped you out some more with your problem!
