The laptop just startet to work very slow. The laptop has been working fine, fast and as it should until now. I took a benchmark test:

UserBenchmarks:
CPU: Intel Core i5-8250U - 8.1%
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Mobile Kaby Lake R) - 1.5%
SSD: Micron_1100_MTFDDAV256TBN 256GB - 22.1%
RAM: Hynix HMA851S6AFR6N-UH 2x4GB - 14.9%
MBD: Acer Spin SP513-52N

Can anyone tell me what can cause this poor results?

This is a Window10 machine, did you perhaps upgrade or Clean install Windows11?
What RAM speed is Task Manager>Performance>Memory showing?
Uninstall your bloatware, 3rd party AV and browsers in "Add or Remove Programs" just use Defender and Edge, check Services and Task Scheduler>library and disable/remove all 3rd party Updaters, in Task Manager>Startup disable apps and programs you are not using.
Open Storage Sense and scan your boot drive for redundant files and junk. Click on the Temporary Bin at the left bottom of Storage Sense window and let it search for OldDos and other old Windows update records, it may find 100s of GB files that you can safely purge.

Yes, it's best to do some additional diagnostics to try and point toward what the issue is. Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to try and see what's going on when it's having the issue. How much memory is being used? How much disk activity is going on? What's the CPU temperature? How full is the drive? The benchmark numbers don't mean anything without knowing what it's being compared to… If you are looking at apples and oranges then the numbers are useless.
