hi everyone I just got a Acer Aspire 3 laptop and have an issue . on my past laptops i was always able to disable the VMD / The Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RSTDriver

option in the BIOS . I like to play with Linux and Reinstall a lot so having to Load drivers for this M.2 drive is a real pain. what happens is the installer for any linux distro or windows 11 can not see my M.2 drive unless i inject the The Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RSTDriver in the setup . is there no way to toggle this VMD feature off ?

@MikeGwald in the BIOS, go to the Main tab, and press CTRL+S. The VMD Controller should appear for you to disable it.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
