acer nitro 5 Nitrosense is not showing gpu mhz

i just bought new acer nitro 5 and its nitrosens doesn’t detect the gpu mega hertz but it’s showing its temp and usage

Check if the Graphic Card is disabledIn the Device Manager, go to Display Adapter and expand it. Check if your graphics card is listed. Right-click on the Graphics card and select Properties. Go to the Driver tab and check if the Enable button is available.

Hi,

Yes, it's normal because you may have set it to automatic for graphics, it means the system uses integrated graphics and when needed it will use Nvidia graphics, if you set it to use only the dedicated graphics in Nvidia control panel, NS will show the mhz value.
