predator Helios Neo 16 Keyboard not working properly

Good day, i just bought my predator Helios Neo 16 the i5 13th gen paired with rtx 4060 last 2 weeks and sundenly something bad happen. My keyboard doesn't work properly. As i ei examine the laptop there is a lock key naming number 1 and hafl of the keys wont work either. I can't use the keyboard anymore and tried to use a external keyboard named redragon draconic pro model: k530W. But still wont work, i cant even type my pin. As i restart the laptop, i can still use my external keyboard and type my pin but after how many mins the external keyboard wont work either. I already reset the laptop.Any help/leads will be much appreciated.

I assume the mouse is still working: Activate OSK so you can type on the screen: Go to Start , then select Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard, and turn on the On-Screen Keyboard toggle. A keyboard that can be used to move around the screen and enter text will appear on the screen. The keyboard will remain on the screen until you close it. Open Device Manager and uninstall the Keyboard PS/2 driver. Reboot and let Windows reinstall the KB driver.

Still no progress even the external keyboad is not working. It's still 3 weeks old can i hav them replace instead

Try FN+F10 Your keyboard backlight should brighten each time you press the F10 key while holding FN.
