I bought a laptop from ACER INDIA website where it mentioned that it'll be having a USB-C/Thunderbolt port and on receiving laptop I found out that USB-C port is not present on it and I have sent the pictures of laptop from all the side to Acer with first hour of receiving the laptop asking for sending me the laptop with the configuration I ordered for or asking for them to return the amount.
It's been close to 10 days and only reply I am getting plz wait for couple of days as we have forwarded your issue to respective department. Their so called respective dept after receiving my issue didn't do anything, thy just deleted the USB-C port mentioning from their website. Luckily I took the screenshots of their websites and also recorded all the conversation with their customer care team where thy themselves accepted that yes USB-C port mention is there on their website.

Just want to spread this fraud by Acer and incompetence from them to solve my issue.

If other user can provide me as many as various emails of ACER irrespective of any country, I'll forward my issue to them, someone might listen to my issue or at-least force ACER INDIA to act upon my issue.

In specification details thy have removed the mentioning of USB-C port after I raised the issuebut in product pictures it still shows that USB-c/Thunderbolt port will be there

    Hi @coolsumit007,

I am very sorry to hear this, unfortunately, the Acer Community is not a direct portal to Customer service, the Acer Forum Discussions were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users. Many Acer employees (Moderators), read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer employees interact with members when appropriate, primarily we want the community to be a place where members can exchange their own advice and ideas.

Only your local support services can help you with this, the community is not an escalation channel, unfortunately.

Note: This thread will be now closed.

Sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you,

    Regards,
