So, i want to switch my acer nitro 50-600 motherboard from the default case to a DIYPC ARGB-Q3 case, however, the motherboard is an irregular shape, and might not fit.

Should i proceed with it?

The case is a micro-atx case by the way

The best way to solve your problem seeing that you have the Nitro N50-600 desktop, is for you to measure the mainboard of your Nitro desktop as this desktop has an Acer proprietary size mainboard and the size is not given in its service guide.

The new DIYPC ARGB-Q3 case supports mainboards of the mATX size that are 244x244mm (9.45" x 9.45") and the ITX size board sizes that are 170mm x 170mm (6.7" x 6.7") type boards only. Your Nitro N50-600 mainboard is bigger and will not fit, but measure your Nitro desktop and make 100% sure.
