The screen was black as should be but after moving the mouse or touching any key on the keyboard still was the screen black. I turn off and on the laptop and it is still the screen black. I tried many things as short cut and did so many research on google but nothing my laptop is still with the screen all black even if turn on. You should make regular backups of your entire disk(s) and have a Windows Recovery Flash drive (you can make this on another Windows10 PC) This laptop is 6 years old have you replaced the battery lately? If still the original battery you need to replace it.

To try reset the battery and BIOS do the following: Unplug the power adapter and remove the back of the laptop, disconnect the battery cable from the main board and locate the round CMOS capsule (with 2 Black/Red twisted wires), open the capsule and remove the coin battery, with a bended paper clip shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for a second. If you have a Multimeter check if the coin battery still reads 3 VDC, if less replace the battery with the + sign up, close the CMOS capsule and check the DD3 RAM module if you have one in the slot, make sure it is properly seated. Note, you may have a bad DDR3 module, if you can get another 4GB DDR3 stick it is worth trying replacing it. Finally push the Power Button on the Keyboard steady for a minute (don't toggle) and close the laptop (don't yet reconnect the battery). plug-in the power adapter and see if it will boot. If boot OK, reconnect the battery and boot without plugging-in. If you cannot boot with battery but it boots OK with the adapter the battery is dead, try to charge it, if no charging replace the battery.
