My laptop's battery indicator flashes both amber and blue indicators simultaneously while charging. What could be the reason

What is your laptop model and from what year? If more than 4 years' old, did you replace the battery yet, have you tried another power adapter? If you can boot to Windows run a Battery Report and check the last full charge capacity (100%).

A slow flash is often just the system telling you it's a sleep more, It can also indicate a bad battery though. Do the full battery reset first to see if it clears up and stays cleared, which can happen if the battery's internal data gets corrupted. If it reappears after a while then you know the data was likely good and it's telling you to replace the battery. We can't get you better suggestions though without knowing just what computer you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.
