Yesterday I noticed that my Acer Swift SF 114-32 laptop is not working.

The error message is not a bootable device. I tried to fix it and checked the setting in the bios (Insydeh20 V1.15, Rev. 5.0) Unfortunately the boot priority order is empty. My SSD and USB are not displayed. The boot mode is also not shown.

For this I tried to:

  • reset the setting.

-Disabled secure boot

-set a supervisor password

-enabled the F12 boot menu

I already check the hardware and it seems ok. My USB stick works on another PC. Tomorrow I get an adopter I can test the SSD.

What can I do?

Has anyone had anything similar?

The bootloader on your boot SSD is corrupted (or the SSD failed). Make a Windows recovery USB flash drive on another Windows11 PC and insert that flash drive in the compatible USB port of your laptop. Boot to BIOS with F2 and in the Boot Devices screen move the USB to the top of the boot devices list, save settings on exit and reboot. You should get the blue WindowsRE screen with the Troubleshoot menu, click on Reset this PC without losing your files. If that fails the recovery volume on your boot drive is also corrupted or has been deleted. The only option then is a Clean install of Windows11:

If nothing works replace your SSD, your RAM is soldered on the motherboard so nothing can be done with that, consider also bringing your laptop to Acer Services in your country for repairs.
