Acer NITRO 5 RTX 3050 I 5 11400 H display is "glitching" same as effect glitch but without filters.

Hello, I Had a strange occurence yesterday. When I was using my laptop, I saw that display is "glitching" same as effect glitch but without filters etc. Then when I launch OBS and clciked record, There was an very big black bar which took up 50% of the screen, but when I was moving any application window, for example OBS the big black bar was dissapeared, but when I stoped moving app window, it showed again. So I decided to turn off and turn on computer, and everything was normal. But then I recognized that my laptop has sleep mode below 1 minute ( normally I set it on 2 or 3 hours not on "below 1 minute" ) The weird thing also was that in OBS everything was normal, there werent any black bars. I also scanned my computer with 2 antyviruses but nothing detected. And the question is that in laptop something is broken, or its virus, or maybe system error?

I have the newest drivers of graphics card, but I have never upgraded my BIOS. I ll give it a try

Not likely to be helpful. You probably had an app that was glitching. It happens sometimes.
