Acer Nitro AN 515-45 Tpm crashes after launching Valorant

This has been plaguing me for so long and I haven't found any solution, my Laptop is fine when I start it up but as soon as I launch Valorant TPM crashes or something happens that causes my game to have fame time spikes and makes the game unplayable and it doesn't get resolved until next restart.

I have an Acer AN 515-45 nitro 5 laptop all up to date. From browsing the web I have found that this can be fixed by a bios update but those were all for motherboard manufacturers. Any suggestions are deeply appreciated.

Say "thank you Acer" for the total disregard and incompetence for not releasing UEFI firmware updates that include the AGESA and SMU microcode improvements and fixes for AMD Ryzen processors:

Thank you so much for replying, I didn't think this issue was this big. I checked out the linked forum and don't have that much knowledge about that stuff but want to contribute to this so it can be fixed one day, if possible please let me know how can I contribute to this.
