Hy there i can see your post and i have some suggestion

    1. Overheating: Check if the laptop is overheating. Overheating can cause the laptop to shut down abruptly to prevent damage. Ensure that the laptop's vents are not blocked, and consider using a cooling pad to improve airflow.
    2. Battery Issues: If the laptop is running on battery power, the battery may be faulty or not holding a charge. Try using the laptop with the power adapter connected to see if the issue persists.
    3. Power Settings: Check the power settings and make sure the laptop is not set to shut down or hibernate too quickly. MyAARPMedicare Sign In
    4. Hardware Drivers: Ensure that all hardware drivers, especially graphics and chipset drivers, are up to date. Outdated drivers can lead to instability.

    Thanks and regards
