Windows 10 won't install,an error appears Required driver not found & missing.

Hello! Monoblock acer veriton z4880g. When reinstalling windows after booting from a dvd-rw disk, an error appears: The required media driver was not found "or" The necessary driver for the optical drive was not found" What can be done in such a situation, which driver is needed? The IRST driver also does not want to install, writes that required driver is missing.
