I have an Acer aspire e5-757 series. I recently bought a Logitech MX mini keyboard. It pairs and connects fine, but any time my laptop goes into sleep mode or I restart it. It keeps the pairing but won't stay connected. It drops in and out of connection. The only way to fix this is to remove the device and pair it again which is becoming quite tedious every time I come back to my laptop.

I have already been through all the troubleshooting steps with Logitech and they have replaced the keyboard once so I doubt it is an issue with the hardware of the keyboard.

The bluetooth works fine with my cheap Tecknet bluetooth mouse.

Is there anything I can do to fix this on my laptop?

There is no such model as an Acer Aspire E5-757, there an Aspire E5-752 or an Aspire E5-575, anyway, with BT devices they either work flawlessly or not and you have to reconnect/pair them or change the card. But with keyboards and if you want to use one with a laptop, the best is to use a corded keyboard as laptops don't really need an external keyboard and especially a BT keyboard. Try to delete the BT driver in Device Manager completely and reinstall the Acer BT OEM driver and try that first and let us know how it works out.

The Aspire E5-575 and allot of these laptops have two different Wi-Fi/BT cards which are either an Intel, Qualcomm Atheros or a Broadcomm type cards, which model do you have, as that would help us to give you better and more precise advice. This is especially if you have the Intel BT cards, as that can be very sensitive to drivers and connections. I'm using an Intel Wi-Fi/BT card the AX1650i which is fitted to a fairly new Nitro AN515-56 laptop and its just hopeless, it only works with the Acer OEM BT driver and keeps disconnecting or not connoting at all just like you are experiencing, so give us more details. .
