Nitro 5 Warranty registration error

Hi. I just bought my Nitro 5 and I have to register it for warranty but the server always says that the name I've entered should match with the ID although the name and ID picture itself is clear and matched. What do I do? Thank you 😥

Send the warranty card that came with the Nitro laptop in the box to Acer in your country, as that is a simpler solution. The Acer site is very buggy and you need to try and register your Nitro laptop when the site is working or phone Acer in your country and notify them of this error.
