NITRO AN515-75 My frames suddenly dropped and its not going back up please help

I have a NITRO AN515-75 with 11th gen intel i9-11900H 2.50GHz, RTX 3060 with 24Gb of ram installed. I was playing RDR2 just earlier and having no problems with the fps but my fps suddenly dropped to 30 even with different games such as valorant which I normally have 180 to 250 plus fps but then it went down to 30 to 50 fps and I don't know what happened. The fps get lower and lower whenever I change the anti-aliasing to a higher setting.

I was watching a movie before it happened and the battery went down to 6% and i dont know if thats the cause of the problem, and i also charged it and played while it was 6% so i have a hunch that thats the cause.

Its been 9 hours since it happened and it still the same, i already tried reinstalling windows but nothing happened as i tried playing again as seen in the picture. i think the problem is my cpu but i dont know what to do. Can somone please help me. Thank you so mcuh

Go To Device Manager > Display adapters > Nvidia Driver Properties > Update Manually > Reinstall the same driver which is already installed. Let me know if this works or
