Hello,

I recently installed some updates from Windows update, which made my network crash, so I checked in to the latest restore point only to make things worse; the system wasn't responding at all. I reinstalled windows and kept all my personal files, and then my ipv6 was lost. Ipv4 works fine, so I have access to internet but limited, no Microsoft app works, and I keep getting disconnected.

I ping to google.com through cmd and the connection seems good, no information is lost. But my laptop can't identify my network. It's not my router or cable because I've checked them. I also have an old PC which works fine. I have tried so many solutions, pretty much all common solutions online, but none of them work. I have temporarily disabled ipv6 but still nothing.
When I remove my ethernet cable and insert it again, my net is restored for 2 seconds, and then lost again. It seems like it is there somewhere, but cannot establish a stable connection for some reason.

Any ideas?

I have a nitro an-517-41 laptop with win10 installed.
