This is the Repair or Troubleshoot loop because of corrupted system files and/or rogue drivers on your boot drive. You can try to reset BIOS, Boot to BIOS with F2 and in BIOS press F9 (RESET), save settings on exit in BIOS and reboot. If it returns to the trouble shoot screen, the way to get out of the loop is booting with a Windows Recovery flash drive that will let you Reset the PC (if the recovery volume on your boot drive is still OK) or recover the system to an earlier point if the system is not corrupted. Last resort is a Clean Install of Windows with an ISO image and USB drive made on another PC. These procedures are all described on this forum (search for BSOD, Non-Bootable device or Repair Loop). If in a bind consider also bringing your laptop to Acer Services in your country who, for a small service fee, will reset the system to factory default.
