About Predator Helios 16 ram! what brand the ram it comes with so i can match the ram to upgrade

Hi i just recently bought a acer predator helios 16, i7 13th gen, rtx 4060 with, 16 gb ram ddr5 4800 mhz but it turns out to be single channel so i would like upgrade it with 16 gb for dual channel, i want to know what brand the ram it comes with so i can match the ram to upgrade with, or do i have to buy a dual channel set?

Download and install CPU-z, run it and post the pictures of SPD tab & Memory tab.

I might have been able to provide more information if you shared model number but things i mention below should be enough.

You have two options-
1)Buy same existing ram that comes with your laptop (best option)

2)If Same ram not available then buy any other good company laptop ram with same specs (Both ram should have same Voltage, Same frequency, DDR4 ram, Same size, Same CL Rate)

Check you preinstalled ram details from CPU-Z ( Check memory tab and SPD)
