Almost always those are caused by a driver issue or by cabling problems between the motherboard and display. Do you see the same artifacts during the splash screen when first starting your laptop?

Without more information, it's challenging to diagnose the issue accurately. However, I can suggest some general troubleshooting steps you can take to address display-related problems:

    1. Restart your Laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor display issues. Turn off your laptop, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
    2. Check for Loose Connections: If you are using an external display, ensure that all the cables connecting your laptop to the external display are securely plugged in.

    Hi

Try roll back the display driver, go to Device manager, expand Display adapter, highlight and right click the graphics, roll back the driver in Driver tab.
