I have a Nitro AN515-55 and when I was playing on it. It randomly shut off and hasn’t turned back on. There’s no power to it mostly cause it’s been off like this for about 2 months now and and nothing is working. It’s not turning on, no taking charge, the inside of it was a bit confusing but unscrewed the battery and out it back in nothing worked and it’s just here not turning on or anything and when plugged it the light the normally turns on to indicate it’s charging doesn’t even turn on. (Here’s a photo of the inside if anything)

[Edited the thread to add model name to the title and add issue detail]

Do the reset CMOS and BIOS procedure described in many posts on this forum during the last 2 months. Disconnect the battery, take the CMOS coin battery out of the capsule (right side of the main battery) and shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule with an opened paperclip (or a piece of electric wire), put the coin battery back with the + sign up and check the DDR4 RAM module (above the main battery), reseat the DDR4 firmly in the slot. Press the Power Button (keyboard) 1 minute down (don't toggle) and close the laptop. Plug-in the adapter and try to boot WITHOUT THE BATTERY, if that works you need to replace the battery. If no results you should bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the MOBO.

Do a hard reset, as you have taken all the components like the ram and the M.2 SSD boot drive out of this laptop already, so now all you have to do is to disconnect the main battery and take it out (as the rtc/bios battery is underneath) then disconnect the rtc/bios battery and after get a paper clip and short where the red + wire & black - wire at the mainboard plug (see mainboard bios plug caption below) to reset the CMOS, leave these components out and disconnected for at least 30min and then reconnect all components in this order,

    1. M.2 SSD into slot marked 1,
    2. rtc/bios battery,
    3. If you have 2x ram modules, only connect one (if the laptop doesn't boot, then swap the ram modules to see if the ram is the problem?)
    4. Then and lastly connect the main battery.
    5. Then reboot the laptop

As what all the above does is resets the Super IO chip, bios chip and the chipset chip that one of them could be frozen and its not allowing your laptop to boot and power on and needs resetting.

If the hard reset above doesn't reset and/or turn your laptop on and your laptop has no power, then its a power internal issue that could be coming from numerous sources, it could be one of two mosat chips that could be burned out or shorted around the DC port and its not allowing power into the laptop (check those mosats in caption below)

And the above is not allowing the battery to charge so you don't have adaptor or battery power, it could be in the primary voltage circuitries, that are damaged by a component that is shorted and its not allowing your laptop to power on etc etc

Note: the best fix is for you to take this fairly new laptop to be fixed by either Acer tech support in your area or an experienced tech that has micro soldering experience and has all the appropriate tools, as this power fault has to be analyzed with proper tools. Don't attempt to try and fix it yourself as a user like you hasn’t got the tools and/or expertise to be able to fix these sorts of problems.
