Keyboard not working Acer Aspire 7 A715-75G

Keyboard stopped working on my Acer Aspire 7 A715-75G laptop. The keyboard does not work even in BIOS, while the laptop power button works.
When I turn on the laptop on the keyboard, the backlight lights up for about 3 seconds, then it goes out and when I press any key nothing happens. If you go into BIOS on a laptop, then the keyboard does not work there either.
The drivers are installed and in the Device Manager everything is written as "installed and does not require updating." All other functions of the laptop work. For example, if you connect a keyboard via USB.
The main question is the matter in the keyboard, or maybe something else? And if someone knows, can you tell me what other methods for checking the keyboard are?

Try Fn+F5 or F6 that locks and unlocks Acer keyboards.
Run the KB troubleshooter

Disable the KB driver in Device Manager and reboot, Windows will enable the driver again.

If none of this helps activate the On Screen keyboard (OSK) with your mouse:

Type System restore in the Search bar and select Restore to an earlier point. If restore does not work, type Reset this PC without losing my files.

Already tried these methods, did not help.

The keyboard does not work even in the BIOS, so most likely it's not the drivers.

I think this is at the hardware level, maybe someone faced a similar problem?

The KB cable plug may be disconnected, bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the keyboard.

I also checked this, removed the rear case and did not notice anything bad, checked the connection, everything seemed to be fine.

The last time when everything was fine on the laptop, I played the game for about 2 hours, then turned off the laptop itself and after about 2 days I needed my laptop again, I turned it on and noticed that this problem appeared, but I want to emphasize that I used the USB keyboard when playing.

Hi @Eugenessas If a USB keyboard works, then your internal keyboard must have an electronic problem and should be checked by a service technician.
If the equipment is still under warranty, please contact your Acer office first.

As others recommend, bring your laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the keyboard connections and replace the keyboard if required.
