Predator Sense not working after uninstall and new install in Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-55

Hi i have a new Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-55 from one month, i upgraded the Ram from 16 to 32 dual channel and all is good with that (clean install works perfectly, done that a lot of times) but I notice that from some time that Predator Sense app was lagging even before upgrading the ram so I uninstalled and do a clean install.

Now the problem is that I can't open the app and dosen't start after new install, I tried everything that I could find on Google and nothing works (cmd, administrator, old version, reset, nothing seems to work… )

Is anything else that I can try? Thank You!

Try the below step and check

1. Open Control Panel. Search 'programs'.
2. Uninstall any entries for Predator Sense app and non-M icro soft 3rd party virus scanners.
3. Then search 'button' in Control Panel.
4. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in the left pane.
5. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near top of next pane.
6. Scroll down and UNcheck the box for fast startup. Save settings.
7. Shut down Windows normally. Wait a minute. Then turn it back on again.

Then download, unzip and install this version of Predator Sense.

After installation is complete, shutdown Windows normally again. Wait a minute. Then turn it back on. Search Windows start menu 'Predator Sense'. Click on Predator Sense app near top of start menu.
