hi I have a acer aspire E5-573 series laptop. As soon as I turn the laptop on it goes straight to automatic repair but then goes straight to a black screen and nothing else happens it just stays on the black screen. Does anyone know any possible ways on how to fix this?

You need to Restore the system or Reset your PC in the WindowsRE Troubleshoot menu. Reboot and as soon as you get to the Acer logo press Alt+F10, that will show the Repair mode screen again, click on next and hopefully it will show the Troubleshoot screen with options to Restore to an earlier point (that may not work if your system is corrupted) and "Reset this PC without losing your files", I recommend you try that. If none of this will work you need the Windows Recovery USB flash drive, make that on another Windows10 PC and type Recovery drive in the Search bar with a new +10GB, FAT32 USB stick in the USB2.0 port. Inserts the USB stick in the laptop, boot to BIOS with F2 and move the USB drive to the top of the boot devices list in BIOS boot tab. Reboot (without F2) and you should get the Troubleshoot screen now.
