hello everyone, I was using galaxy buds 2 with my laptop (Acer nitro5) and it was working fine until I upgraded my Bud to galaxy buds 2 PRO. that's when the problem started. after a few seconds, I stop hearing and after a minute or two it keeps getting disconnected. now the buds work fine with my other devices. and I have tried all the basic things from youtube and Google. I have tried resetting the buds, I am using Windows 11 Home. I would be grateful if anyone has any solution for this matter

You need to pair them a few times, Win-11 Bluetooth and especially the Intel Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card is a very sensitive and at times very frustrating card to pair BT devices to, and it can take a few times to pair, I've got a fairly new Nitro 5 AN515-56 laptop with the Intel Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card and my top of the range JBL headphones are the same, as sometimes it takes a few time to pair or even to reboot the laptop and then pair my JBL to work, so do the same with your your Galaxy Buds.

Note: Use the oem Acer Nitro Bluetooth driver for your laptop, if you have the Intel Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card as Intel's new Bluetooth Win-11 drivers for this card don't work on my Nitro 5 laptop at all, and that means none of them do only the oem and initial Acer provided Bluetooth driver works with my Bluetooth card, so be aware of this factor.

thank you for your suggestion brother but I have paired them so many times. but the problem remained. it works for the first few seconds and then gets disconnected.
