See if the laptop has a pinhole at the back with a small battery sign, insert a pin till you feel it click keep pushing for 15 seconds, this resets the battery. If this does nothing or you don't see a pinhole, open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the round CMOS module and take out the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS module with a bended paperclip or small electric wire, put the coin battery back with the + sign up. Push down the Power Button for a full minute to drain any residual currents. Reseat the DDR4 module(s) in the slot and secure the DDR4 bracket till you hear a loud click. Don't reconnect the battery yet but close the back, plug-in the adapter and try to boot without the battery. If that works reconnect the battery and try to boot. If you can boot with the adapter but not with the battery you need to replace the battery, if you cannot boot with either, try another adapter or bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country for checking.
