Brand new Swift 3. Plugged in works fine. Says it's charging, but never gets above 0%. Did power reset. Uninstalled/reinstalled drivers. Did FIOS(?) reset. What is wrong?

Your USB C Thunderbolt4 charger is not powerful enough. Try a different, larger charger 65 watt or more. Thunderbolt4.0 supports up to 100 Watt.

What is the exact model number of your Swift 3, as there are allot of Swift 3 models, have a look at the back sticker as it should be something like SF315-5XX-XXXX. Makle sure that you have the AC adaptor/chargers plug fully plugged into the laptops side DC-in jack and the charger is making full contact with its laptop side port.

If that doesn't fix your problem, then press the Battery reset pinhole on the underside of your laptop, which simulates removing and reinstalling the battery, to do this, insert a paperclip into the hole and press for 5 seconds to reset the laptop battery, see if that resets your laptop to make it charge. If that doesn't work then don't open or do anything further to your Swift 3 laptop, as your laptop is under Acer 12 months warranty, and you need to send your Swift 3 to Acer support for your laptop to be fixed.

Go to the Acer Support Page then scroll down to Repair My Acer on your countries Acer page and the below screen should appear, and then book your Swift 3 laptop for warranty repair.
