This is what i assume about the problem.

Since i bought this Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-57-92B1) i9 - 11900H Canada Model laptop, i'm having this weird freezing/stucking problem. If i open one video on left monitor on youtube and a google page on the right monitor of the laptop screen, directly i'm out of control until i alt+f4. Same problem with games. If i open Fifa 23 on one screen, even if i dont open another thing in 10-15 min max im out of control. And CPU/Ram percentages are around 60,70 in this moment.

Here is a photo of that moment of problem for example.

[Edited the thread to add model name to the title]

And the video of that moment

Few days later, i noticed that i was getting a kind of warnings on my notifications. When i checked i saw these kind of messages.

And when i download the CrystalDiskInfo i saw that even if dont open any application my memory temperature is 68 Degrees Celcius. It's the max limit i assume. Also i can see the Composite Temperature error down below.

Here is a screenshot

This is my hardware list

and i will be very happy if anyone can suggest me a solution because i'm very annoyed that i can't even open the fifa23 and can't finish one match from the laptop i just bought for 2.000 dolars. Here is a video how i'm struggling with i9, 32gb ram, rtx 3060 laptop 😡

Thanks in advance.

That is a drive issue, as that WD SN530 is a pretty low mid-range M.2 drive for such a high end setup that you have. Your AN515-57 with the NVidia RTX3060 GPU has a Storage Subsystem interface at SSD#1 boot slot of PCIe 4 x4 M.2 SSD type drive and its SSD#2 slot is for a PCIe 3x4 M.2 SSD type drive so put the SN530 M.2 drive into SSD#2 slot, as your laptop will perform much quicker and better with a proper PCIe 4 x4 boot drive. Change your boot drive from the WD SN530 to a quick Gen 4x4 type drive like a Samsung 990 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB or a WD SN850 Black 1TB SSD M.2 PCIe 4 x4 which also has a gaming boost setting with a software called Dashboard.

Also make sure that you have the last BIOS version 1.19 and all the latest NVidia drivers are installed, and you use Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.6.5 to uninstall all NVidia previous drivers that are on your system and then always do a Clean Install of NVidia drivers and install GeForce Experience for gaming and set your NVidia Control Panel to run on the RTX3060 GPU with all games and you high end software's, as doing all this will annul aall those problems that you are having. Btw and I speak from personal experience, as that is what I've done on my AN515-56 that runs in SSD#1 slot a PCIe 3x4 M.2 drives and fitted a quick speed M.2 SSD drive like the WD SN750 Black with the gaming boost Dashboard software and my gaming and video playing and imagery is perfect with an RTX3050 GPU as the SSD#2 slot is only a PCIe 3 x2 whichis allot slower and not like your AN515-57 laptop, so all that as by doing the above it will fix all your problems.

@meckur if your laptop is still under warranty, take it to the service center. Ask them to clean the laptop, replace the thermal paste, and change the SSD to the other slot to prevent overheating from the heatsink.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
