Does anyone know how to remove the stand stem for ED322QR monitor? Because i want to put it on a Monitor arm and it doesnt the black plate thing on the back of it. Anyone got any idea how to install a vesa mount?

Sorry, only the base is removable from the stand, not the swivel stem itself. You'd have to drill the stem to bolt on a VESA-mount compatible plate.

You can remove the stem, you first have to remove the plastic cover over it:

but you still won't be able to mount it using a VESA mount. The four screws holding the stem in place aren't designed to match any VESA specs. What you would have to do at that point is build an adapter bracket that matches the four holes used for the stock stem and provides four more for the VESA mount.
