Acer A514-53 Keyboard gets wrong letters/symbols (i.e. you press "z" and you get "<z" )

Hi!

I have Acer A514-53 laptop. In the past months the keyword got crazy.

At the beginning the problem was just with some keys:

• I pressed "z" I got "<z"
• I pressed "ì" I got "ì\"

Now even more keys are not working properly:

• I press "enter" I get "z"
• I press "backspace" I get "s\"

.. and many other cases (i.e. "capslock" activated buy some other key, "left arrow" get "1"… )

I tried re-install keyword driver, I install all windows updates but nothing is working. I suppose it is something that happened after the installation of Windows 11 but I am not 100% sure about that. Any help?
