I finally got the replacement a few days ago (after a month of waiting for it).
This is to confirm, the replacement laptop does not have any freezing issues.
It might have been a motherboard or gpu issue most likely.

Yea I have already shared my update in my previous post on Sept 10th.

My laptop has been working fine without a crash until today.

Oops didn't see that! I'm glad!

I contacted Acer about my unit and they told me to mail it to a repair center and told me the warranty doesn't cover a replacement (even though mine has been acting like this since I first got it). Did they say something similar to you? I'd rather just get a new unit than them "fixing" it and it just acting up again.

Yea, technically it does not cover it in their policy,
I spent an inordinate amount of time endlessly following up for months, with multiple people, appealing for the replacement. It was super difficult, uncertain, and time consuming, and it took forever before I finally received it.
I think another good option is if they agree to change the motherboard.
That should be much less difficult and imo that would 99% for sure solve the problem.

Its because motherboard remines in accurate current flow. the only thing you can fix it by HOLDING POWER BUTTON FOR 20 SECONDS AND AFTER 20 MINUTES POWER ON THE LAPTOP IN AC MODE (CHARGER MUST BE CONNECTED AND TURNED ON). Try it.

Dont waste your time on any kind of twicking things like clean OS installation or Software level troubleshooting because trust me they wont help you out. Save your time and be happy.
