Nitrosense doesnt have the same cpu usage % as task manager, while gpu usage % is the same.

My nitrosense right shows only 1%cpu usage, while in task manager its around 10%, and I think this is affecting my cpu temperature and thermal throttling while gaming. I used to be able to play warzone flawlessly but after this it crashes and has low fps. I already tried uninstalling and installing again nitrosense and restarted the laptop a bunch of times. What is happening??

This is the stats after playing some dead by daylight, clearly the cpu usage while playing isnt 1%, but nitrosense says that the entire time it was 1%. And look at the temps, clearly high while gaming but idk maybe the fans dont activate bcause it thinks its 1% usage and therefore hotter temps??
