Triton 300 shutdown and won't turn on anymore

I was working on some tasks when suddenly my laptop shutdown without a blue screen or anything.

It doesn't react to any inputs, holding down the power button doesn't work. The 2 blue lights do not react to the charger being plugged in (which it was during the accident). It's temperature wasn't in the usual 80° C but around 60° C.

I don't know what could've caused this and what to do now.

Just as a follow up, I spoke to my local trustworthy technician and he said that whatever controlled the power supply malfunctioned and short-circuited. It damaged some components that cannot be easily replaced.

@MZ1705 try to do a power reset by unplugging the charger, holding the power button for 10 seconds, and then try powering the laptop again.

Thank you and have a nice day!

What is your Triton 300 laptops model number, it should be something like PT315-xx/PT515-xx etc. Just in addition to the above, if doing a power/key battery reset doesn't work then do a Hard Reset by taking the back base cover off, disconnect the main battery and take it out, disconnect the bios battery and short the + & - board plug pins to reset the CMOS and then take the ram out, leave the laptop like that for 15min and reconnect everything and reboot, as this will reset your IO, bios and chipset chips and should reboot your laptop, it this hard reset dosent work then you have other internal circuitry issues that need analyzing by either Acer or a technician in your area.
