Hi,

I used my aspire this morning and it turned on fine but when I tried to turn it on a hour later the screen didn’t turn on and the keyboard didn’t light up either. I tried to charge it and my charger definitely works and the light that indicates it’s charging turns orange, I don’t know if this is normal because I never really look at it. The light next to it (the lightbulb) turns blue when I try to switch it on but the screen stays black. I’ve also tried resetting the battery for a bit but it didn’t work. I spilled water on it yesterday but it seemed totally fine in the evening and this morning. Does anyone know what’s going on and how I can fix this?

    1. Power off and disconnect: Turn off your laptop and unplug it from the power source. It's important to disconnect it to avoid any potential short circuits.
    2. Dry the laptop: Carefully wipe off any visible water or moisture from the external surfaces of the laptop. You can use a soft cloth or paper towel to gently absorb any moisture.
    3. Let it dry: Place the laptop in a dry and well-ventilated area for at least 24-48 hours. This allows any remaining moisture to evaporate. Do not attempt to power on the laptop during this period.
    4. Check for visible damage: After the drying period, inspect the laptop for any signs of damage, such as corrosion, discoloration, or unusual odors. If you notice any such indications, it's advisable to take your laptop to a professional technician for further assessment and repair.
    5. Attempt a power reset: After the drying period, connect your laptop to the power source and try performing a power reset. To do this, press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds. Then release the button and try turning on the laptop again
