I have this problem after I did not use my computer for 6 months, which is that the Bluetooth no longer appears to me! I tried all the solutions on the internet, in YouTube, and in articles.EVERY SOLUTION ON EARTH I tried and it didn't appear to me😭 I contacted Windows and we talked for two hours about it. They downloaded files and things on the computer and they couldn't solve it. They told me that the problem is not from them and that it's from Acer, And I contacted them, but they keep giving me simple solutions that I tried I am really thankful to anyone who will give me solutions I have been trying for months

my device type is swift314-56

Thanks 🙏🏻

Your Swift SF314-56 has an Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 WLAN card and came installed oem from Acer with the Intel Bluetooth Driver Version:20.90.0.3 driver, the latest Win-10/11 driver for this card is the Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® version 22.230.0 Driver so download this driver and install this driver and see if it works. Best is to install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and do a scan so that this software installs all the latest Intel drivers for Win-10 for your laptop which includes the WLAN drivers of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

If the new driver doesn't work then your card might have dirty pins after not being used for 6 months and your Bluetooth card needs cleaning, open the back base cover of your SF314-56 and take the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 WLAN card out and clean the laptop board WLAN pins and the card pins and put the card back into the board pins and connect its black/white antenna wires and try to see if the Bluetooth works again, as it should work.

If all the above doesn't work then try to press F3 key as that disconnects the card and then press F3 key again as that reconnect the card, if that doesn't work then uninstall the Bluetooth driver completely from Device Manager and reinstall the SF314-56 Intel Bluetooth Driver Version:20.90.0.3 and do this:

Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > right click Update Driver > Browse my computer > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and pick the installed driver FIRST and reinstall that driver, then REBOOT laptop and see if that drive refreshes and works

If the driver doesn't work, then do a compete and fresh reinstall of the driver again by doing this:

Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > right click Uninstall device > and when you come to this screen make sure you have "Attempt to remove the driver for this device is checked.

Afterwards reboot laptop and go Device Manager and reinstall the new Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® version 22.230.0 Driver. Try all that as it should work.
