The Aspire TC-605 that you have with its oem i7-4770 cpu is about the highest spec cpu that this desktop can have, and its not worth upgrading to the higher spec Core i7-4790S as this cpu at max will give you 5% relative performance increase.

The GTX1050Ti that you want to upgrade this desktop with, will work with your TC-605s 300W PSU, as the GTX1050Ti suggested PSU is 250W. You can also upgrade the ram to 16GB max total at 2x DDR3-1600 • CL=11 • NON-ECC • UDIMM • 240-pin • 1.35V • 2Rx8 • PC3-12800 (have a look here at Crucial RAM suggested upgrades for the Aspire TC-605 RAM & SSD Upgrades) that will also increase this desktops performance as will changing the mechanical 2.5" SATA III HDD to a 2.5" SATA III SSD drive will. As upgrading all these components will increase your TC-605 desktops performance considerably and over 100%. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
