This is a fairly new laptop that may still be under warranty and I recommend bringing it to Acer Services in your country. Two possibilities; the bootloader on your boot drive (HDD?) is corrupted or you have HW issues (DDR modules or a bad HDD). Both can be fixed by a qualified technician. The BIOS needs to be reset also and that involves opening up the laptop and will void the warranty. I had an identical problem with my a515-54G in 2020, 2 months after the warranty had already expired, and Acer Philippines reset the system to factory defaults, free of charge, the mechanical HDD was bad, and I changed that later myself.
