Aspire R5-471T can't find Touchpad Drivers to download in the "Drivers and Manuals" section?

Hi,

My touchpad shortcuts aren't working, like two finger scroll and things, so I wanted to try updating my drivers, but I can't find any touchpad driver to update.

I got to the "Drivers and Manuals", and saw the message "Before installing the Touchpad driver, please install the Serial I/O driver" but I don't even have a touchpad driver to download from there? I have 4 drivers already called "HID-compliant vendor-defined device" and I wondered if one of them was the touchpad driver, just not properly named, but I'm not sure. My touchpad is working so it's not the end of the world but I really would prefer to have the shortcuts.

For reference, my computer is a Aspire R5-471T

I'd appreciate any help I can get on this, thanks!

Hi @lathiel touchpad drivers for your computer are installed by Acer and updated from Windows Update, this is why they don't appear on the download page:

When an update is available, Windows Update will offer it to you.
