My GPU cannot be detected by my Laptop Predator helios 300

di po madetect ung GPU ko. nagpunta ako ng predator sa sm annex dahil don ko binili ung laptop ko don din ako nag palagay na extra memory at ram. after a year bumigay agad ung GPU ko. tapos i was trying to avail my warranty ang sabi di ko daw niregister. I'am a newbie in buying this kind of gadget. Wala naman sinabi sakin ung agent don na kailangan ko iregister ung laptop. meron pala validity malaman ko ung registration upon purchase. sabi ko naman sa pinagbilan ko siya na bahala dahil wala tlga ako alam. pinagkatiwala ko sa kanila. wala ako tinapon na kahit ano sa box or mga kasama ng laptop dahil alam ko may warranty pa ko for 2 year. pano dapat kong gawin mga boss. Predator helios 300 po ung unit ko. sana may makatulong po sakin pano dapat kong gawin.

My GPU is not detected. I went to Predator at SM Annex because I bought my laptop because I thought it was extra memory and ram. after a year my GPU gave out immediately. then i was trying to avail my warranty and they said i didn't register it. I'm a newbie in buying this kind of gadget. The agent didn't tell me that I needed to register the laptop. I know the registration upon purchase has validity. I told him to take care of it because I didn't know anything. I trusted them. I didn't throw away anything in the box or with the laptop because I know I still have a warranty for 2 years. what should I do bosses? My unit is Predator Helios 300.
