Nitro 5 laptop, sometimes powers on, sometimes have to remove battery connector and discharge

I've had the nitro 5 for 7 months, rarely push it with gaming. Used as a desktop replacement so it's always plugged in.

Recently I've found that it won't power on for a while and I need to take the back off and unplug the battery.

Virus protection up to date with avast and norton.

Once it starts up there's no issues but for spending over £1000 on a computer to only last 7 months?!

If i don't get anything after a windows reset and battery change I'm going back to desktops and asking for my money back.
