Hello everyone!

I'm wondering if other people also experienced this kind of problem. I am trying to create a power point presentation when suddenly my monitor kept on flickering. I already tried all procedures suggested on youtube but nothing seemed to work out.

PLEASE can anyone help?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi @E_M,

Go to device manager, under display adapters if you see intel drivers, then roll back the driver and check if the device is flickering.

Go to Safe Mode (Shift+Restart>Troubleshoot>Restart>F4) and run MSConfig.exe (Windows key +R and type MSconfig). Click on Safe Boot Minimum in the Boot tab and also click on Base Video, Click on Apply at the bottom of the MSConfig window. Reboot and see if the flickering is gone. You have to reverse the procedure (Safe boot>MSconfig>remove the Safe boot and Base Video checks and Apply) otherwise it will stay in a Safe Boot loop. Reboot and uninstall all your display drivers in Safe Mode with DDU from Wagnardsoft.com (freeware): https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
DDU can handle Intel, AMD and NVidia GPU drives. Make sure you are online and internet is working and reboot. Windows will intall the best drivers for your GPU adapters.
