If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.  They will help you to get the right part , device or cable which you are in need.

Additional info to contact Acer Store:  Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.   You can buy desktop, laptop, monitor and accessories.  Alternatively,  on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.   For the parts which are not available on Acer store, you have to contact local store. You can also check the nearby gaming store. They will help you to get the right part , device or cable which you needed.

The USB-C port does support charging your laptop, but only at 65W (20V@3.25A) so it might end up slowly losing charge when running with a USB-C charger connected. You could try a USB-C charger at 90W or 100W just to see if the spec is wrong, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were…
