My Predator laptop 17 G9-793-731R don't start. When plug power supply Touchpad, led hard drive indicator and touchpad/windows toggle button flashes red. The display remains black, the fans do not move.

Please, can you tell me what is the problem and what can i do?

Disconnect adapter and all peripherals from the laptop, turn it ovet and open the back with a precision screwdriver set ($10 PC store), disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard and locate the round CMOS capsule at the right side of the battery. Open the CMOS enclosure and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS enclosure (the side (+) that makes contact with the coin battery shell and the center (-)) with an electrical wire or bended paper clip for a second, replace the coin battery with the + sign up and close the CMOS capsule. Press the Power Button for 2 minutes (don't toggle) and remove the DDR4 modules from the slots, push the DDR4 modules firmly back in the slots and secure the DDR4 brackets that push down the DDR4 modules till you hear a click. Don't yet connect the battery but close the laptop and try to boot with the power adapter only, when successful connect the battery and boot with the battery only. If booting is only possible with the adapter you have to replace the battery.

If none of this is any good, bring your laptop to Acer Services in your country for checking, include the power adapter.

Thanks for your response Puraw. I have do all you told me but the problem remains. I attach the video of the problem.
I think now that my PC is dead, I ask everyone if there is something else that is possible to do before sending it to ACER assistance.
    thanks
