my windows is up to date with drivers and i did troubleshoot on the battery - No issues

    Create a battery report in Windows to check the full charge capacity of your battery, paste this in the Command Prompt: powercfg /batteryreport /output %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\battery_report.html
    Double click on the report on your Desktop and open with Edge, right click on the report and Print to Microsoft PDF, attach the PDF file to your reply, type @Puraw at the top or click on "Quote" at the bottom of this comment when you reply. Also resetting BIOS (press F9 in BIOS and save settings on exit) helps and uninstalling the 2 battery drivers with Device Manager, reboot and let Windows reinstall the battery drivers:
