What is your Nitro laptop model number and what new mobo model did you change it to? As by the NS caption above, your Nitro and its mobo is either not connected or does not have provisions for a backlight change of RGB colours, as you do not have the keyboard icon in the right corner of NS (see my NS below) as this is my NS from my Nitro AN515-56 which has the keyboard RGB and I can change the colours.

Do you know the part number of the new board, should be something like NB.QBW11.001 which is a AN515-57 Intel Ci511260H HM570 N18PG61-A 4GB LG05P_N14BRL bord? As there are at least 72 different listed Nitro AN515-57 boards, as the board fitted to your AN515-57 could have a board that doesn't have the RGB feature, or the keyboard hasn't been connected up properly. Have that checked out as the AN515-57 definitely came with changeable and different RGB colours for its keyboard.
